I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was affable and wonderful, I thoroughly enjoyed that. It had a comfortable and absolutely perfect setting. The location is in a calm area, just a short walk to a fabulous supermarket, two bus lines, and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bartolomeo in Florence. I had a fantastic stay at a great property suitable for families. the host at Bartolomeo was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. the apartment had plenty of beds and a wonderful outside space. It was within walking distance to the city center, which was a major plus. We didn't need to take the bus, but there was a bus route nearby. it was a great property in Firenze and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. Cons: No issues at all during our stay. 😊.

It was nice to have reasonably large rooms for the kids to run around. The location of the apartment was good and perfect for my needs near attractions, and a local market, a fabulous supermarket that sells very good deli style food as well as basics, and the train station. The staff were helpful.

This place is in a great location, not far from the city center, a supermarket, restaurants, and the bus stop.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing a cool and comfortable atmosphere. The location was great, with only a 20-minute walk to the center and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. The small terrace was a good spot to relax in the evenings. Niccolò, the host, was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I had a positive experience and would recommend this place to others.

I must mention that the two terraces at the hotel lacked separation, so there wasn't much privacy from the neighboring guests when we were outside. the kitchen pots were quite old, falling apart, and missing lids and handles.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bartolomeo apartment in a quiet neighborhood. the spacious and well-equipped apartment had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. Niccolo, the owner, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to our inquiries. the location was fantastic, with a supermarket around the corner and the city center within walking distance. We highly recommend Bartolomeo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florence. Cons: Nothing - all was great! 👍.

I was delighted by the charming decoration of the hotel, with beautiful antique furniture and elegant artwork throughout. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators that made it effortless for me to move around.

I would have liked to see the children working there provide more assistance and guidance tailored specifically for senior guests.

The apartment was spacious and had two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and it was conveniently located near the city center. One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. Some toiletries and kitchen items were missing upon arrival, but they were promptly provided the next day by the host.
